Kirsten has run craft retreats for years and is happy to talk you through it.
Free to list. We only earn when a guest books.
List your retreat, take bookings in one place, and collect the rest of the price your way. Free to list.
Every guest pays a deposit when they book, so a booking means they're coming.
See who booked, download your guest list and copy everyone's email in one go.
Your dates, place and price on one page, in a marketplace just for craft retreats.
Guests pay you the rest directly, the way you already take money, such as a check or a bank transfer.
You check every detail before anything goes live.
Guests pay the price you set, with nothing added.
We may check a new listing before it goes live.
Our fee is 14% of the price, with a minimum of $5 a spot. Guests pay it to us as a deposit when they book. There's no monthly fee.
On a $400 spot, the guest pays a $56 deposit to us and $344 to you directly. Nothing is added to the price, and the card fee on the deposit is ours.
The percentage is locked for each retreat when you publish it. The minimum a spot is the one in force when the guest books.
Some refunds and cancellations work differently. How canceling works
Guests pay the deposit to us and the rest to you directly, the way you tell them, by the date you set. We never hold your money.
You choose when the rest is due: when guests arrive, or 14, 30, 45, 60 or 90 days before the retreat starts, or a date you pick.
There's nothing to set up with Stripe.
More about collecting the restNo. Your retreat gets its own page here with the dates, price and photos. Share its link wherever you post.

No. Guests pay you the rest directly, so there's nothing to set up.
Lower the total spots for that retreat, so you're never overbooked. It can't go below the spots already booked.
We refund every guest's deposit, and you refund everything they paid you, in full, within 5 business days. You can cancel a retreat from its page in your dashboard.
We refund the deposit if you cancel the retreat. We also refund it if a guest cancels within 72 hours of booking. If they book close to the retreat, this time is shorter: it ends at the end of the day before the retreat starts. You refund money guests paid you, under the policy you chose.
Have the insurance your retreat needs, such as any your venue or the law asks for. We don't require a particular kind or check it, and we don't provide insurance. We recommend liability insurance. You're responsible for your guests' safety at the retreat.
We use your guests' details only to run their bookings, and we never sell them. You see their names and contact details so you can run your retreat.
