The deposit and the rest

Every booking starts with a deposit. Guests pay it to us when they book, and it confirms their spot. The deposit is our fee: 14% of the price, with a minimum of $5 a spot. It's part of the price, not on top of it.

Under Payment and policy, your listing shows the deposit for your price. You don't set it.

Guests pay you the rest of the price directly. You choose when it's due: when guests arrive, or 14, 30, 45, 60 or 90 days before the retreat starts.

Our own refunds are only the deposit. A guest gets it back if they cancel within 72 hours of booking. If they book close to the retreat, this time is shorter: it ends at the end of the day before the retreat starts. They also get it back if you cancel the retreat, or move it and they choose a refund.
