What it costs

It's free to list. Our fee is 14% of the price, with a minimum of $5 a spot. Guests pay it to us as a deposit when they book. You collect the rest of the price from each guest directly. You never pay us separately.

For example, for one spot:

• $20 spot: the guest pays a $5 deposit to us (the minimum) and $15 to you.
• $400 spot: the guest pays a $56 deposit to us and $344 to you.
• $1,000 spot: the guest pays a $140 deposit to us and $860 to you.

Guests pay the price you set, with nothing added at checkout. Under Payment and policy, your listing shows the deposit guests pay and what you collect.

The lowest price you can set is $20 a spot.

The card fee on the deposit comes out of our fee. When we refund a deposit, the card fee is ours too.

You are the seller, so any sales, occupancy or lodging tax on your retreats is yours from your first taxable sale. We add nothing at checkout, so build any tax into your price. Some states make a marketplace like us responsible for the tax instead. If that applies to your sales, we'll tell you first.
